Children in Scotland's Annual Conference 2018 – speaker presentations
This conference took place on 7 and 8 November 2018, at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.
Our two day Children in Scotland Annual Conference is the flagship CPD event of the year for the entire children's sector.
It connected colleagues at all levels from public, private and third sector organisations in education, early years, care, health, social work, youth work, and across the children's sector for more than 40 sessions on key topics such as:
- Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
- Early learning and childcare including the road to 2020
- Workforce development and the workforce of tomorrow
- Education and attainment
- Inclusion for all
- Health and wellbeing.
Delegates learnt about and explored the challenges and opportunities facing the sector today, and met with others from across the sector to plan improvements to their own services.
