Key Learning

After the session the participants will have…

  • reflected on personal experiences of hybrid working.
  • discussed and shared techniques and approaches for self-management, managing others, managing wellbeing.
  • explored person-centred tools for thinking and developing relationships.
  • collaborated with peers to think about what might be best for their organisation.

Many of us are now into our fourth year of what we know as "hybrid working". This will have been a topic of conversation for organisations as we have adapted our approaches and related systems and processes. However, have we had the chance to reflect honestly about our experiences? Are we experiencing similar positives, frustrations, barriers, worries or wins? As hybrid working is now cemented as part of the working culture and an option for the workforce, it is probably time that we had a wee chat.

This session will include a presentation on a personal journey related to hybrid working from Billy Anderson, Head of Services at Children in Scotland, followed by interactive sessions where participants can share thoughts and practice with their peers and also try out some tools to support their thinking.
