Sandra is the Mediation Manager of Resolve, Scotland’s leading Additional Support Needs mediation service which she established in 2004
Sandra manages the development, delivery and management of Resolve. She is committed to developing supportive relationships and good communication to ensure Resolve brings about positive change for practitioners, families and young people across Scotland.
Sandra has worked extensively as a practising mediator and supervisor for more than 20 years in a range of areas including family, education, intergenerational and workplace mediations across Scotland. Sandra has nationally recognised experience, knowledge and skills regarding managing and resolving conflict and the impact it can have on the people involved.
