In-house training: long-term learning

Take staff learning and development off your mind and let us handle everything. We can help you develop a long-term training programme to continue to build the knowledge, skills and confidence of your staff.

Children in Scotland can:

• Support you to define and identify your training and development needs
• Identify and provide appropriate trainers to effectively meet training and development needs
• Provide bespoke training materials to support each training day
• Lead the evaluation and assessment of effectiveness and impact of the programme.

Throughout the programme, regular meetings between Children in Scotland and you would take place to plan, monitor and evaluate the training programme. The programme can be planned over one or several years, providing a range of different events to cover all of your training and development needs.
