Keith Brotherston

Learning and Membership Coordinator

Keith Brotherston is Learning and Membership Coordinator at Children in Scotland, joining the organisation in April 2026. Keith spent the previous 10 years working for the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) as its Member and Partnership Coordinator.

Meritxell is the Manager of Finance Projects and Growth Delivery in EMEA for Hilton.

Communications Officer

Innes Burns is Communications Offer at Children in Scotland. He joined the organisation in 2025 as part of the My Rights, My Say service, a role which saw him co-managing the Young Advisors group, before moving to his current role with the Communications & Marketing team in early 2026.

Children’s Views Participation Officer

Julian Burton is a Children’s Views Service Officer at Children in Scotland. Taking up his role in April 2026, he supports young people to make their views heard in complex decisions about education and support services.

Glenn Carter joined the Children in Scotland Board in 2026. He is Head of RCSLT Scotland at the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, where he leads national policy, public affairs and member engagement, working with government and partners to improve outcomes of children and adults with communication and swallowing needs.

Caroline Christison

Caroline Christison is HR Manager for Children in Scotland. She took up the role in September 2023 and has responsibility for all people-related activities.

Hannah Cittadino

Information Development Officer

Hannah Cittadino is Information Development Officer at the Enquire service. Having joined the organisation in September 2025, she is responsible for producing clear and accessible information about additional support for learning on Enquire’s website.

Additional support for learning Advice and Information Officer – Enquire

Hannah Coyle is an Advice and Information Officer for the Enquire service. In her role, she provides advice and information on children and young people’s rights to additional support for learning.

Annemarie Devlin

Annemarie’s has enjoyed a wide and varied career, mostly within the fundraising and charity sector. Past experience includes working at a number of charities in Scotland and UK wide.

IT Officer – Enquire

Grant Douglas is IT Officer for the Enquire service. He provides IT support to staff across the organisation, with a particular focus on the development of Enquire’s websites and databases.

Digital Content Officer

Robert Doyle is Digital Content Officer for the Enquire service. Before joining the organisation, Robert was Senior Project Officer on the CHANGE Project, which helped to develop childcare services and family support in the East End of Glasgow.
