Shaped by our staff, board, members, and children and young people from our advisory group, Changing our World (CoW), our values set out our core principles and beliefs. They act as a cornerstone for our organisation, guiding how we work and holding us to account, underpinned by our overarching commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
