Innes joined Children in Scotland as a Participation & Communications Officer for the My Rights, My Say service. He now co-ordinates engagement opportunities organisation-wide.

Before this, he worked in digital media and communications for various organisations. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication, specialising in the quality of language surrounding debates in humanitarian interventions. Alongside his communications experience, he has a strong background in youth work.
