Community Law Advice Network (Clan Childlaw): Fundraising Officer

  • Minimum of 28 hours per week
  • £32,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience & pro rata for part-time working)
  • Edinburgh or Glasgow – you can choose the location that works best for you, we operate a hybrid working between office and home with 30% of your time expected in offices. There will be travel required between our office locations on a regular basis and throughout Scotland.

This new role will be part of the Operations and Development team and will be line managed by the Development and Engagement Manager (post currently being recruited).

Edinburgh Young Carers: Schools Co-ordinator

Edinburgh Young Carers is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified applicant to co-ordinate our awareness-raising, training and support to schools and Higher Education (HE)/Further Education (FE) establishments across Edinburgh, with the aim to develop whole-school, sustainable approaches in the identification of, and support to, young carers.

The post-holder will promote, manage and develop ‘We Care: Schools for Young Carers’ award to schools across Edinburgh, and nationwide (funding dependent), and will work in partnership with Capital Carers and Space to ensure consistent delivery of schools and HE/FE work across the four localities of the City.

The candidate will need to be experienced in working with children and young people informal or informal education settings, with experience of project set-up, management and reporting and in developing and delivering presentations and running training events/workshops for young people and professionals.
