Angus Doyle is the Designer at Children in Scotland. Before joining the organisation in September 2019, he worked for several years as a freelance designer. He is a member of the communications team and the Engagement and Learning department. He contributes design work and expertise across digital materials, print, events marketing, and in support of our ongoing project work and strategic aims.

Jennifer Drummond

Senior Communications and Engagement Officer – Enquire

Jennifer Drummond is Senior Communications and Engagement Officer for the Enquire service where she leads on all communications work on behalf of the service.

Early Years Officer

Amy Duncan is Early Years Officer at Children in Scotland, having joined the organisation in August 2025.

Senior Development Officer

Sophie Elliott is Projects and Participation Officer at Children in Scotland. Prior to joining the organisation in July 2023, she was a primary school teacher with a specific interest in child-centred provision for young people with additional support needs.

Advice and Information Officer – Outreach and Participation

Beth Fyfe is an Outreach and Participation Officer for the Enquire service, supporting the outreach programme and working on participation projects including the Inclusion Ambassadors and My Rights, My Say Young Advisors.

Gary currently works as the Head of Operations for Redress Scotland, supporting decision making on applications from survivors.

Advice & Information Officer – Enquire

Sarah Gallier is Advice and Information Officer for the Enquire service. Joining the organisation in August 2024, She offers advice and information on children and young people’s rights to additional support for learning.

Service Manager – Children’s Views

Marie Harrison is Service Manager for the My Rights, My Say Children’s Views service, as well as the Under 12 Tribunal support project. She also manages the Children’s Views component of Enquire’s Complex Needs work.

Rachael Hatfield

Rachael is currently a Freelance Youth Worker. Her recent work includes leading on the ‘SQA Where’s Our Say’ campaign. She has been an #Iwill Ambassador since 2018.

Services Manager – Enquire (Maternity Cover)

Alison Hay is Services Manager (Maternity Cover) for the Enquire service. Before joining the organisation, Alison worked as a Senior Policy Officer on the CHANGE project and as the Access to Childcare Fund Lead.

Finance and Central Services Officer

Angela Higgins is Finance and Central Services Officer at Children in Scotland. She works as part of the Central Services team, focusing on administration-related tasks while also supporting the Board of Directors.

Jennifer Higgins is Senior Advice and Information Officer for the Enquire service, where she oversees the its written advice and information resources and leads on maintenance and development.
