Head of Services, Participation & Policy

Previously our Senior Policy Officer coordinating the national My Rights, My Say’s “Children’s Views” service, Billy took up the post of Head of Services in March 2022.

Participation and Communications Officer

Innes joined Children in Scotland in March 2025 as a Participation & Communications Officer for the My Rights, My Say service. He co-ordinates engagement opportunities for our group of Young Advisors and leads on efforts to expand the group’s reach. He also leads on all communications activities for the My Rights, My Say service.

Caroline Christison

Caroline took up the post of HR Manager in September 2023. She has responsibility for all people-related activities.

Hannah Cittadino

Information Development Officer

Hannah joined the organisation in September 2025 as Enquire’s Information Development Officer. She is responsible for producing clear and accessible information about additional support for learning on Enquire’s website.

IT Officer – Enquire

Grant provides IT support to staff across the organisation, in particular, with the development of Enquire’s websites and databases.

Angus joined Children in Scotland in September 2019 and has worked for several years as a freelance designer. He is a member of the communications team and the Engagement and Learning department. He contributes design work and expertise across digital materials, print, events marketing, and in support of our ongoing project work and strategic aims.

Digital Content Officer

Before joining Enquire, Robert was previously Senior Project Officer on the CHANGE Project, which helped to develop childcare services and family support in the East End of Glasgow.

Jennifer Drummond

Senior Communications and Engagement Officer – Enquire

Jennifer joined Enquire in January 2023, leading on Enquire’s communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Early Years Officer

Amy joined Children in Scotland in August 2025 as an Early Years Officer.

Senior Development Officer

Sophie joined Children in Scotland in July 2023 as a Policy, Projects and Participation Officer. Prior to this, she was a primary school teacher with a specific interest in child-centred provision for young people with additional support needs.

Senior Learning & Events Officer (Maternity Cover)

Hayley joined Children in Scotland in May 2025 as Senior Learning & Events Officer (Maternity Cover).

Advice and Information Officer – Outreach and Participation

Beth joined Children in Scotland as an Advice and Information Officer with Enquire in June 2021, and is now focussing on outreach and participation.
