Jennifer Higgins
Jennifer Higgins is Senior Advice and Information Officer for the Enquire service, where she oversees the its written advice and information resources and leads on maintenance and development.
She is a qualified librarian and information professional and has held several roles in library services across the heritage sector. In 2021, she worked as Advice & Communities Officer for the Kinship Care Advice Service for Scotland. Here, she learned a great deal about the importance of having the right information and support in place from connecting with care-experienced families. She enjoys supporting people to get the most out of resources that promote rights awareness and routes to wellbeing.
Away from work, Jennifer enjoys cycling, reading and catching up with friends and family. Passionate about the benefits of arts and culture, she currently volunteers at the National Trust for Scotland.
