We want to improve the lives of all children in Scotland. To do this, we offer additional support for learning services that provide practical support, information and advice.

Enquire

Enquire is the national advice service for additional support for learning, providing advice, information and resources for parents, careers, and professionals via its website and staffed helpline. Additionally, they run a range of free webinars and host a podcast focused on themes and issues related to additional support needs. They also work with professionals and local authorities to improve understanding, awareness, and delivery of support for learning.

Reach

Reach helps people understand children’s rights to be supported and involved in decisions so that they have an equal chance to flourish in their education. Hear from school pupils across Scotland sharing what’s helped them and get easy to digest advice on additional support for learning. Reach is part of Enquire and is managed by Children in Scotland.

Resolve Mediation

The largest independent mediation provider to the education community in Scotland, Resolve has established a strong reputation through many years of experience and success in helping resolve conflict in education. Its core service has an emphasis on building trust and understanding, promoting and supporting effective relationships and good communication.

My Rights, My Say

My Rights, My Say is a partnership that provides advice and information, advocacy support, and legal representation for Tribunal references. As partners, Children in Scotland provide a service that independently seeks children’s views to inform decision making and build knowledge and skills in the workforce around seeking Children’s views.
