Vitalina Onyshchenko
Vitalina Onyshchenko is an Advice and Information Officer for the Enquire service. In her role, she supports the delivery of advice and information services, helping families and professionals access clear, reliable guidance and direct to the support they need.
Vitalina has a background in employment support, education, and community work. She has worked with refugees, families, and individuals to help them access services, build confidence, and navigate new environments. She is passionate about clear communication, inclusion, and making information accessible so that people feel informed and empowered.
Outside of work, Vitalina enjoys spending time with family, travelling, reading, and getting creative through crafts. She also loves puzzles and board games, which she finds are a great way to relax and spend time with friends and family.
