Forces Children Scotland: Fundraising & Partnerships Manager

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation, leading on all fundraising activity whilst managing external relations. Develop income generation plans aligned with Children Forces Scotland's strategic priorities, working with policy, participation and services colleagues to ensure the capability to deliver, setting up for success. Work alongside the CEO, Deputy CEO, and Finance Manager to secure the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability, establishing a strong funding pipeline and partnerships that enhance the lives of forces children and young people in Scotland.

To develop and deliver communications projects, services and campaigns which support the delivery of Forces Children Scotland's mission. To take the lead on enhancing the website, bringing capability of design for digital and publications in-house, and producing assets across platforms and channels. To tell the story of Forces Children Scotland's work, the impact it has on forces children and young people, equipping colleagues with the communications and marketing tools to help deliver upon our strategic plans.

Forces Children Scotland: Youth Participation Worker | East Scotland

Children and Young People from armed forces families face unique experiences and their voices are often unheard. In this role, you will provide an opportunity for them to share their experiences and inform policy and practices in our work and influence those in the MoD, Local Authorities, and the Scottish Government. You will work directly with children and young people to facilitate a broad range of participatory and engagement opportunities.

Clan Childlaw: Fundraising Manager

  • 35 hours per week. However, they will accept applications from candidates seeking to work upwards of 28 hours.
  • £37,000 (FTE)
  • Edinburgh or Glasgow -  Clan Childlaw operates hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home some of the time. The role will also require travel between office locations on a regular basis and throughout Scotland as required.

Clan Childlaw is looking for someone who wants to work as part of a dynamic, supportive team on the development and implementation of a bold fundraising strategy that will secure diverse and robust funding to sustain our important work. There is also significant scope and opportunity for the Fundraising Manager to develop support for our work through individual giving and corporate partnerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fundraiser with a genuine drive to make a meaningful impact, who is comfortable with responsibility. If you have a proven track record in securing significant grants from trusts and foundations, through writing compelling funding proposals and managing donor relationships, then Clan Childlaw wants to hear from you.  You will need to be a highly effective and engaging communicator with exceptional organisational skills who is confident with responsibility for securing funding and managing funder relationships.
