Values and change — reflecting on making change processes as humane as possible

This event is for those who oversee management of a charity.

Charities are always in flux; change is inevitable. That change can feel great when it is about growth and investment. However, the recent economic climate has meant that many change processes have been very difficult as organisations have had to shrink and say goodbye to valued staff.

This session will look at change during difficult times. It will go through some of the basics of good change management. There will be a particular focus on values, looking at how putting them at the core before, during and after the change can really help make it as humane a process as possible.
