The Information Commissioner’s Office is the UK’s independent regulator, set up to promote information rights, support and enforce data protection laws in the UK.
Sarah Warburton is a Lead Policy Officer in the Scottish Affairs team at the ICO. She has been with the ICO since 2025 and before that worked in the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
