Ann Sangster
Development Officer (Children & Family Services)

VASLan (Third Sector Interface in South Lanarkshire)

At VASLAN, Ann is part of the Strategic Development team. She supports voluntary organisations that provide services for children and families. She also represents the voluntary sector at strategic groups linked to Children’s Services within the Local Authority, aiming for closer working relations between third sector organisations and partner agencies.

Hong Zhang
Development Officer

PKAVS (Third Sector Interface in Perth & Kinross)

Hong’s role in PKAVS is to enhance the Third Sector organisations’ effective and efficient involvement in the Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) area of work at local and regional level.

Katherine Anderson
Development Worker – Children Young People and Families

EVOC (Third Sector Interface in Edinburgh)

At EVOC, Katherine works with Children, Young People and Families network to facilitate communication and encourage partnership working with the statutory sector. From July 2019, she is also on secondment to the Scottish Government GIRFEC team as the Third Sector Advisor.

Lucy Gordon
Third Sector Coordinator

CVOEA (Third Sector Interface in East Ayrshire)

At CVOEA, Lucy supports the third sector in East Ayrshire to ensure effective representation and engagement at strategic level with Community Planning Partnerships. She co-ordinates the local Children and Young People’s Third Sector Forum which is part of the Third Sector Forum by sharing and collation of information across the sector and supporting Forum representatives.

Maggie Hepburn
Interim Chief Executive Officer

ACVO (Third Sector Interface in Aberdeen City)

Before taking up the CEO post, Maggie was responsible for supporting the third sector Children’ Services in the City of Aberdeen. She co-ordinated the Children’s Services Providers Forum and represented the voice of the sector at local strategic partnerships.

Scott Malcolm
Development Officer

CVS Falkirk and District (Third Sector Interface in Falkirk)

At CVS Falkirk, Scott champions the sector and volunteering by managing and facilitating a number of forums based on local outcomes, attending stakeholders meetings and facilitating sector participation.

Suzie Scott
Manager of the Everyone’s Children Project

GCVS (Third Sector Interface in Glasgow)

At GCVS, Suzie co-ordinates third sector representation on Glasgow City Council and Health and Social Care Partnership meetings, supports the Third Sector Children and Families Citywide Forum and runs a training and events programme on children’s service issues.
