This training session will give an introduction to United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and children’s rights. Attendees will learn about the policy and legislative background of the UNCRC and its incorporation into Scots Law. There will be opportunity for reflection on your own practice and to plan your next steps.
