Research
Children in Scotland’s research team conducts both qualitative
and
quantitative research. While the research projects are very diverse,
priority is given to work that enhances the knowledge base behind Children in Scotland's Manifesto and the organisation's on-going policy activities and program development. Research commissioned by member organisations also is welcome.

Children in Scotland's research department is headed by Dr Jonathan Sher, Director of Research, Policy and Programmes. Occasionally, short-term Research Associates also are employed.
